The Scottoiler chain lubrication system relates to the lubricating and cleaning of chains, specifically on motorcycles. The Scottoiler enables the chain on a motorcycle to be cleaned and lubricated whilst the engine is on. The Universal kit gives a range of approximately 400 - 800 miles (650 - 1300 km) between refills of the RMV (Reservoir Metering Valve), depending on the flow setting. The kit includes a 500ml bottle of Scottoil, which should be enough for approximately 5,000 miles (8000km) of lubrication.
